St. James Garage offers fixed price servicing and by taking a look at our price list you can see the guaranteed total cost for whatever work we carry out. Our price includes: Labour, parts and VAT.

Work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. What's more all the parts are protected by their own warranty.

This means that if anything needs further attention it won't cost you a penny.

So whatever you need - from a minor repair to a full service - call us.

We actually insist that our technicians go online/ At least when they do they are using our computerised diagnostic  equipment. It literally talks to your car.
It searches for possible problems. It can automatically correct faults; and it shows everything our technicians need to know clearly on the screen. In short; it makes servicing your car easier, quicker and more economical.

We require a maximum booking time of 2 days for pre-planned servicing and maintenance. We respond immediately to breakdowns or other emergencies via our sub-contracted recovery specialist.

By the way: We collect and deliver your car FREE of charge.
Just ask and we'll take you home, work or the shops. We can even arrange to collect your car from your office at a time to suit you.

We supply courtesy cars by appointment.

The service manager has a Service Controller and a receptionist who look after the reception desk.

There are 4 bays in the main workshop and a staff of 4 technicians all of who are trained to carry out service schedules on any make of car. The latest diagnostic equipment has been installed to locate and cure electrical and mechanical faults.
